Recruitment Our recruitment procedures are guided by the principle that it is "THE MAN BEHIND THE GUN MATTER NOT THE GUN.â Therefore, we lay utmost importance to the Selection and Recruitment of quality manpower through our professionally managed Recruitment Department wherein the potential candidates are adequately tested for their basic intelligence, interest, motivation and integrity. The basic minimum criteria for the selection of guards are as follow :
  • Height : minimum 5â7â
  • Minimum Qualification : 10th Pass.
  • Medically Fit.
  • No criminal background.
  • Well built and average IQ.

Verification Being a reputed Detection Agency we are having adequate resources to carry out necessary requisite verification of guards on our own, besides the routine police verification. Training We understand it clearly that in the final run, it will be our proper training to our guards which will certainly provides us a cutting edge above our competitors in the Security Services. Therefore training forms the core backbone of our organization and we lay extreme importance to the training of our Guards. We have a full fledged Training Department comprised of carefully selected Training Executives under senior training officer (Ex-Defence / Para Military organizationâs instructors). Though training is a continuous on going process for the guards yet we have devised a comprehensive 3 (three) tier training schedule as mentioned below : Basic Training After undergoing a strict procedure of recruitment and verification our guards are put through a course of BASIC INDUCTION TRAINING and counseling It normally consists of 56 hours of Training module spread over a period of 7 days.   • Gate duties & maintenance of IN & OUT register
  • Searching & frisking of visitors & vehicles

  • Basic etiquettes with Client/ Management /Visitor/ Intruder/Workers

At the end of the training the guard are tested through written, oral and practical tests. Before induction they are produced before the Managing Director with their Test Results. On Job Training Once a guard is posted on a site a printed site specific manual, enumerated site duties & tasks is prepared in consultation with the client and by our Training staff. It is displayed on the post. A daily reading & strict compliance of the same is must to provide faultless protection to the client. A job specific & customized training capsules are given to the guards on the very next day of induction and re-checked by the management through Verbal & Non-verbal tests. Refresher Training After every three months each guard is made to pass through a refresher training capsule for a period of 2 to 4 days, the guard is thereafter again tested through written, practical & oral exams. Their Promotions and Incentives are based on their test results. Checks / Re-checks & Inspections We at A2C strictly adhere to the phrase that âA THING NOT CHECKED IS A THING NOT DONE,â and strongly stick to the system of checks, re-checks, re-re-checks and inspection of our Guards and sites. In order to fulfill the above said statement we have devised a comprehensive system of check & re-checks to monitor our services through well motivated team of Field officers, Training officer. The Training officer carry out client contract and scheduled inspection while the field officer carry out random checks/re-checks. We use to take client Feed Back report from the client on monthly basis to improve our services. Right Skills & Job Knowledge We ensure that we focus on special skills required to undertake a Protection assignment, this entails usage of security and fire fighting equipments, carrying out physical search of person & vehicle controlling of man and material movement reporting any untoward incidents and patrolling. Further given a protection assignment a qualified manager carries out a Protection appreciation of the assignment wherein after visualizing the threat perception, he derives a protection plan to include manpower & equipments required to protect the particular site.
